Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or staying at Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations and Check-in
1.1 Booking Confirmation
A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or letter from Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel. Please verify all details in your confirmation for accuracy.
1.2 Check-in Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21 years.
1.3 Check-in and Check-out Times
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to room availability.
2. Rates and Payment
2.1 Room Rates
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on dates, availability, and promotions.
2.2 Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, your rate is guaranteed for the dates of your stay.
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are accepted at check-out only.
2.4 Deposit and Guarantee
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. For certain room types, package deals, or during high-demand periods, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
2.5 Additional Charges
Incidental charges such as room service, minibar, damages, or other hotel services are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policies
3.1 Standard Reservations
Standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay plus taxes.
3.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Some special rates or promotions may be non-refundable and non-changeable as specified at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified without forfeiting the full payment.
3.3 Group Bookings
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) are subject to separate cancellation and modification policies as outlined in the group contract.
3.4 Modification of Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact our reservations team to modify your booking.
3.5 No-Shows
Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Conduct and Policies
4.1 General Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or interfere with hotel operations. Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accommodations for inappropriate conduct.
4.2 Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests may result in warnings or eviction without refund.
4.3 Smoking Policy
Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and indoor public areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in prohibited areas.
4.4 Pet Policy
Select rooms are pet-friendly with advance notice and a non-refundable pet fee. Service animals are exempt from this fee. Pets must be properly controlled at all times and are not permitted in food service areas.
4.5 Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.
5. Hotel Services and Amenities
5.1 Included Services
Standard room rates include basic amenities as specified on our website. Additional services may be available at an extra charge.
5.2 Internet Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The service is provided “as is” and may experience occasional interruptions beyond our control.
5.3 Fitness Center and Pool
Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Operating hours and specific rules are posted at each facility.
5.4 Parking
Valet parking is available for a daily fee. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on the property.
6. Liability and Limitations
6.1 Personal Property
Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal property. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel’s liability for any claims arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for your reservation.
6.3 Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, disasters, or labor disputes.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hotsvilva Luxury Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
